EM Workshop
Negative stain + cryo-EM, single particle analysis and 3D reconstruction

The GRK1721 offers the possibility to participate in an EM practical workshop at the Gene Center.
Time: 9 am – 4 pm each day!
The following topics will be addressed:
- Introduction in negative stain and cryo-EM for single particle analysis
- Single particle analysis and 3D reconstruction
- Docking and fitting of crystal structures in cryo-EM electron densities
Please note that it is only possible to attend a complete course (from beginning until the end, meaning all days of the course).
